Cancellation Policy
You will receive email confirmation of your booking within 2 business days. As a courtesy, please submit cancellation or change requests within 1 full business day ahead of confirmed meeting. Your initial booking is provided free of charge. ___________________ Billing: 20% of Coach and Consult package is due prior to project kick off date. Final Payment: Final Payment is due on all Coach & Consult packages within 7 calendar days of service end date. Coach & Consult packages not completed within 14 calendar days of target completion date will be billed the full package rate unless otherwise agreed upon.
